Pneumatic No-Till seed drill VSD „Supernova MG MAIS” for spring cultures
No-Till Seeder VSD "Supernova MG MAIS", developed specifically for corn. We would like to remind you that VSD is one of the few manufacturers that develops customized seeders that can be configured in a variety of ways, according to customer requirements. Here we will introduce you to some of the basic configurations of the seeder:
· With 50 or 52 cm row spacing – up to 14 rows (working width 7 – 7.28 m)
· With 70 or 75 cm row spacing – up to 11 rows (working width 7 - 7.50 m)
With the "Supernova MG MAIS" you have the option of 3 types of fertilizer application at the same time, thanks to the optimal distribution of the hoppers:
· 1200 l hopper for fertilizer application in the row (phosphorus-based),
· 1800 l hopper for second fertilizer application outside the row (nitrogen, etc.),
· 120 l hopper for insecticides or microgranular fertilizers.
Each section of the VSD SUPERNOVA MG MAIS is equipped with a 50-liter seed hopper and electronic distribution on each row, automatically preventing re-sowing of already sown rows when working with satellite navigation. All functions – seeds, fertilizers, and micro – are controlled electronically via ISOBUS, with variable rate (Ratio Variabile).
The sowing elements are mounted on a hydraulic parallelogram with active pressure, ensuring excellent terrain copying (45 cm excursion stroke).
Each section consists of:
1) Double plant residue spreaders;
2) High flotation turbo disc for intensive cutting and removal of plant residues, performing micro-processing of the sowing row;
3) Double serrated wheels for waste removal;
4) Double V-shaped seeding disc and "beaver tail" for pressing the seeds; 5) Double serrated closing discs.
Seeding depth from 0 to 9 cm, adjustable by the rear wheels. Supernova MG MAIS has a transport width of 3 m (vertically foldable wings). The machine can also be equipped with a hydraulic motor for the auger for easy loading of seeds and fertilizers, as well as independent control of the turbine via separate hydraulics.
VSD seeders are manufactured from the highest quality materials and components, ensuring long life and reliable operation.
All working parts are made of Oncativo cross-grain boron steel.
